Is there a laundry facility?
Yes! There's a coin-operated laundry room located in the adjacent building.
How's the view of the building's exterior?

What utilities are included?
ALL utilities, plus business class internet service is included in your rent.
Will my workspace have a sink?
There are some office spaces that are pre-plumbed for sinks at a flat fee of $25/month.
